MDRS Crew 65 Firefly Opener
In 2008, I served as a crew member on Crew 65 at the Mars Desert Research Station (MDRS) in southern Utah. The MDRS is operated by the Mars Society and serves as an analogue research station where people work on 2-week crew rotations while simulating, as much as possible, crewed missions to Mars. I had a wonderful time with my crew.
